Job Overview:

- 5x8 Hours, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Shift Hours: 09:00 - 05:30
- Pay Rate: $3,000 - $3,200 per week
Qualifications:
- Valid California License
- BLS Certification (must be through American Heart Association - AHA)
- Minimum 2-year recent experience as a Case Manager and discharge planning in an acute care hospital
